We will sit with you to discuss your ideas and the various components that are important to you in accomplishing your goal. We will guide you through the selection process to ensure no details are forgotten or left to chance. During this time, you will decide on such things as colors, electrical fixtures, cable and phone locations, appliances, plumbing fixtures, flooring options and any other contruction and finishing components that you want included in your custom home.
We partner with a kitchen design specialist who will assist you in selecting a kitchen to meet all of your needs. 
We respect your budget considerations and will assist you in upgrading any components you desire to stay within that budget. However, we build the same highest standard of quality into every home we build.
MSB Development Company will complete your new home in a timely fashion, always mindful of the quality our customers have come to expect. When we have completed building your home and we hand you the keys, your new home will already have been professionally cleaned, including the windows. You can immediately install window treatments, put dishes in the cabinets, place your furniture and begin to live in your dream home. We even provide your new home with a mailbox. While that may seem like a small detail, to us, we build it as if we were going to live in it ourselves.
